Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our shop are offered as in-stock purchases, subscriptions, or pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and returns apply to each.

In-Stock Items

In-stock items may be returned in original, unused condition, with all contents included, within 5 days of delivery by submitting a return request through the Contact Us page.

  • A 5% restocking fee applies per item

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Subscriptions (Storyteller Stitchery Society)

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring monthly deliveries based on the options you select.

  • Subscription payments are processed in advance so quantities can be finalized prior to dyeing

  • Subscription items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund

  • Subscriptions may be modified, paused, or canceled through your customer account prior to the monthly cutoff

Because Society collections are exclusive and prepared based on member preferences, completed subscription orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

 

Pre-Orders & Custom Items

Pre-orders are items that are not yet in inventory and are produced specifically based on advance orders.

  • Pre-orders and custom items are final sale
  • Payment may be collected at checkout or at a later date, depending on the product listing
  • Shipping timelines for pre-orders are listed on the individual product page

Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Damaged Items

We take great care in packing and shipping your order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist according to our shipping and insurance policies.
