Storyteller Stitchery is a modern fiber arts studio producing professionally printed needlepoint canvases, complete needlepoint and embroidery kits, hand-dyed embroidery threads, hand-dyed yarn, and fiber, all made in small batches in our Arizona studio. Our collections are contemporary and considered — some rooted in narrative and folklore, some in landscape and place, some in the quiet pleasures of a particular season.

Every piece is designed with intention, packaged shelf-ready, and backed by a brand story your staff can communicate in a single sentence. We work with boutique needlework shops, yarn and quilt shops, bookstores, and gift retailers who are building a curated experience for customers with discerning taste.

Every needlepoint kit includes a professionally printed canvas, hand-dyed wool threads, needle, threader, and full instructions.

New to Stocking Needlepoint?

Our kits are packaged in a resealable bag that doubles as a project bag — self-contained, giftable, and an easy souvenir choice for traveling stitchers.

Hand-Dyed Threads

Our hand-dyed threads come in three expressions: wool, a wool and silk blend, and 100% silk — all dyed in small batches in the studio. They display beautifully and give customers a reason to return.

Wholesale Terms

Reliable terms and predictable timelines are what separate a good wholesale partner from a frustrating one. Here is what you need to know before you apply.

Needlepoint & Embroidery — Opening Order Minimum: $300
Needlepoint & Embroidery — Reorder Minimum: $200

Yarn & Fiber — Opening Order Minimum: $500
Yarn & Fiber — Reorder Minimum: $300

Wholesale Pricing: Approximately 50% of suggested retail

Lead Time: Up to 15 business days

Payment: Payment in full at time of order, via credit card through our wholesale portal or invoicing system

Shipping: Free on all needlepoint and embroidery orders. Yarn and fiber orders ship at calculated rates. International orders ship via USPS unless an alternative carrier is arranged.

Returns: All wholesale sales are final. Damaged or defective items are replaced — claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt with photos to wholesale@storytellerstitchery.com

Resale: Products may be sold in your brick-and-mortar shop or on your own website. Resale on Amazon or Etsy is not permitted without prior written approval.

Direct Wholesale Orders

Place wholesale orders through our website wholesale portal.

Our direct wholesale portal is built into our online store and gives approved accounts access to our full catalog at wholesale pricing. Browse the range, build your order, and submit at any time — your invoice is generated at checkout and payment is collected before we begin fulfillment.

Applications are acknowledged within 3 business days. Once approved, your account is active and you can place your opening order immediately.

Direct partners also receive advance notice of upcoming collection releases, so you can plan orders ahead of key gifting and shopping seasons.

Wholesale FAQs

Yes. A valid resale certificate or business license is required as part of the wholesale application. This keeps our wholesale pricing protected for legitimate retail partners.

Yes. Your opening order can include any combination of kits, canvases, and threads — all products count toward the Minimum Order Value (MOV).

Not at all — it's one of the best reasons to start with our kits. Because every kit is fully self-contained with everything needed to complete a finished piece, you can introduce needlepoint to your customers without carrying any supporting inventory or needing staff with needlepoint expertise.

You'll receive an acknowledgment within 3 business days. Once approved, your account is active and you can place your opening order immediately through the portal.

We release new designs and seasonal collections on a regular cadence throughout the year. Wholesale partners receive advance notice of upcoming launches so you can plan orders ahead of peak gifting and shopping seasons.

Please allow up to 15 business days for all orders. We recommend planning ahead of key seasonal windows. If you'd like to inquire about a rush order, please email wholesale@storytellerstitchery.com with your request and we will try to accommodate (a rush fee may be applied to the order).
