Shipping policy
We ship orders once per week. Our goal is to ship your order within 2 weeks, but during busy periods, please allow up to 3 weeks. Most items are custom-dyed specifically for you when your order is placed. For preorder items, please refer to the product listing for detailed shipping timelines.
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Optional insurance coverage is available for purchase at checkout. If you decline shipping insurance, we cannot replace or refund items that are lost or damaged after mailing.
If you purchased shipping insurance and need to file a claim, you can do so at https://storytellerstitchery.com/claim.
For multiple orders placed before shipping, please use the Contact Us page on our website to request a combined shipment. We’ll refund any extra shipping costs. Note that this policy does not apply to Subscription (Society) orders.
