Shipping policy

We ship orders twice a week. Our goal is to ship your order within 1 week; however, many items are custom-dyed specifically for you when your order is placed, which can add additional time. During busy periods, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.

For preorder items, please refer to the individual product listing for specific shipping timelines, as these may differ from standard processing times.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery and handling are managed by the carrier. Optional shipping insurance is available for purchase at checkout. If shipping insurance is declined, we are unable to replace or refund items that are lost or damaged after mailing.

If you place multiple orders before shipping, you may request combined shipping by emailing support@storytellerstitchery.com or using the Contact Us page. If we are able to combine orders prior to fulfillment, any excess shipping charges will be refunded.

Please note that Subscription (Storyteller Stitchery Society) orders ship separately and are not eligible for combined shipping with other orders.
