(Direct Wholesale Portal Orders)
These wholesale terms apply to orders placed through the Storyteller Stitchery direct wholesale portal.
Orders placed via Faire are subject to Faire’s policies and terms.
Order Minimums
Needlepoint Products
- Opening Order Minimum: $300
- Reorder Minimum: $200
Yarn & Fiber Products
- Opening Order Minimum: $500
- Reorder Minimum: $300
Payment
We accept credit card payments for direct wholesale orders placed through our online wholesale checkout or via our invoicing system. Payment is required at the time the order is placed or prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Turnaround Times
Orders typically ship within 10-15 business days, though turnaround times may vary depending on product availability, production schedules, and seasonal volume.
Rush options may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss availability.
Backorders
Backordered items will be noted at the time of order and/or shipment. All backordered items will ship free of charge as soon as they become available, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping
Direct wholesale orders ship from Arizona, USA via USPS or UPS Ground.
International direct wholesale orders ship via USPS unless another carrier is requested and billed to the retailer’s account. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
All wholesale sales are final. Returned or exchanged products are not accepted once items have shipped.
We do accept exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be submitted via email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment, including photos and order details. Please contact wholesale@storytellerstitchery.com
Packaging & Distribution
Products must be sold in original packaging and may not be repackaged or rebranded.
Storyteller Stitchery products may be sold in approved brick-and-mortar retail shops, on the retailer’s own website, or through approved wholesale platforms such as Faire.
Resale on third-party marketplaces including Amazon or Etsy is not permitted without prior written approval.
Online Sharing & Social Media
For online listings and social media posts, please credit Storyteller Stitchery as the maker and tag @storytellerstitchery where applicable.
Disclaimers
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, dye pattern, and finish are normal and should be expected.
