Peppermint Pattie loose tea

Peppermint Pattie makes a perfect latte when prepared with steamed milk and raw sugar or an ideal after dinner drink–with or without sweetener.

Grown only in South Africa, Rooibos is a botanical rich in antioxidants, Vitamin C and Vitamin E. It’s naturally sweet with notes of honey and caramel and contains no caffeine.

Author Alexander McCall Smith’s beloved character Mma Precious Ramotswe, featured in his No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency series, is often described drinking bush tea.  Bush tea is another name for Rooibos.  The series takes place in Botswana where Rooibos has been popular for generations.

Ingredients: Organic Fair-Trade Rooibos, organic mint, organic apple, organic cacao nibs, chocolate, flavoring.

Directions: Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8oz. of water. Steep 5 mins at 208°F / 98°C.
